   The problem is that weasel definition "fair taxes"   
   And even if the taxes are "fair", it turns into waste when they are spent on   
   wasteful projects like Solyndra and the Volt.   
   That's NOT "promoting the general welfare" at all.   
   It's promoting the welfare of those who suck up to the administration.   
    That's good for no one.
