   And yet, if you had read the article (I know that's difficult for an   
   anonymous coward like you, of course) you would know that misuse of   
   the IRS for just such political purposes was part of the articles of   
   impeachment drawn up for Richard Nixon. The reference was in Article   
   2, actually.
