   However, familiarity does mean I knew exactly where you were at.  I   
   simply chose to take offense, because of being generally pissed off   
   almost 100% of the time these days to start with.  Sometimes I wake up   
   100% pissed off, and my day gets considerably worse before I've even   
   got out of bed.  (And sadly, I am not actually joking...)
