   Got my "Briefcase" from Amazon, US.  Amazon invoice says "Five-disc   
   Ultimate Collectors Edition".  The plastic sleeve on the plastic   
   briefcase says "5-disc DVD om Collectible Limited-edition Packaging".   
      
   Set # aluminum-colored decal says "Limited Edition  033154/103000".   
      
   This is the package with the lenticular film clip, spinner, and unicorn,   
   as well as the 5 discs.
