   Get more RAM is the best solution :) Idealy, have it on a seperate partition   
   or even better, seperate hard disk to stop is getting fragmented, and yes   
   keep it a fixed size - I usually go with double my RAM, apart from on   
   systems with 2GB RAM, here I let Windows manage it.
