   Yes, the FAQ has some info, but no doubt it's incomplete. I'm getting a   
   headache just thinking about the sheer number of different bootleg editions   
   out there.   
      
   So which of them is the best? Having only heard some of them, I have no   
   idea. Paul Sammon's book has a ton of info regarding the bootlegs, I   
   believe, so you may want to check that one out. The updated version is only   
   available in the UK,  for some reason, so check Amazon UK for that.
