   I never saw the original series. Never was in a place that got it. But I was   
   interested in the reboot. Damn, it was good. I do love the Eccleston series   
   as well. However, the S3 episode "Blink" is the scariest thing I have ever   
   seen on television.   
      
   Not gory.   
   Not slasher.   
   Out and out scary.   
      
   And pretty much stand-alone... all you need to know is the weird guy can   
   travel through time. And the episode pretty much explains that, too.   
      
   I have serious fangirl love for the new Who.
