   As someone who has loved the Doctor for forty years and now more so   
   than ever, I have to say you have good taste.  It has quite simply   
   always been my favourite TV show.  And yes, the episode you mention,   
   (which coincidentally I've literally JUST seen again on SciFi), that   
   really is scary stuff, even in the middle of the day.  In fact I think   
   the only one I was more scared at was when I was five.
