   Judging from what I read on this NG as elsewhere, I'm not the only   
   "misguided" soul. Further, in an article in USA TODAY, where the   
   salient features of the two formats were compared side-by-side, Blu-ray   
   had the advantage over HD DVD in only two of nine points--more studios   
   supporting it, and more capacity per disc.   
      
   You misquoted me as well; you'll note that I said upconverted was ALMOST   
   as good; and, in my original post, "ALMOST" was also in caps. Please   
   see the above quoted text.
