OK So I'm no great fan of the character but I've seen a lot of the film/TV
versions (from the film serials to the current TV cartoon) and I'd still say
the Tim Burton versions are the best. The 90s cartoon film versions aren't
any better than the early series of the current cartoon (before they started
adding partners) and none of them are a patch on Burton. Then again, I've
   not seen Begins.

PS, I think there was more than one film cartoon in the 90s. The subtitle I
remember was "Mask of the Phantasm" or was that Mark?
