   Deckard told Rachael that he was at Taffey Lewis' place and she knew   
   where that was. He chased Zhora out on foot, so couldn't have gone   
   that far. Rachael surely would have had no problem finding him if she   
   was in he area. Same thing with Leon looking for his girlfriend.
