   Oh yeah, if there was any director who was perfect for it it's him. And   
   maybe David Lynch too.   
      
   Actually, a few years ago I think there was talk of Gilliam doing a   
   closer-to-the-book adaptation of DAEDOES. It'll never happen but I think   
   it would be really cool if it did.
