   Hmmm, OK, well when I talk about the LCD Factor that's a throw-back to   
   when I was working on big projects where new processes/procedures   
   needed to be implemented. You take a look at the bulk of users and   
   decide where controls/checks need to be put in place because of the   
   LCD user who will shortcut or ignore bits that they find boring/don't   
   like doing/don't understand/etc.   
      
   I did not mean to imply that all users of new technology will fall to   
   the LCD level; typically we applied several gradings so we also had   
   power users, motivated users, administrators, and the dreaded   
   'saboteur' (who would be peeved at yet another new system/process   
   telling them how to do their job and then try to break it to prove   
   that it doesn't work).
