As POD says, the Blade Runner references relate to the DVD cover
stating that they "in true blade runner style they hunt for their
   creators!".

   References include;

Tyrell building amongst London skyline in opening credits.

Kryten's Esper-like photo analysis (directed by an uncharacteristic
Rimmer) to scan a picture to see the other side of a pamphlet.

Rimmer finding a latex scale inside Dave Lister's bath in the tribute
shop, discussing with Cat what type of scale it is, 'fish, no snake',
then Kryten reading the code off it.

Cat leaving chewing gum wrapper origami of a squid at each location
   they visit.

   Nose World, a word-for-word rip-off of Chew's Eye World - 'I just do
noses...so cold in here'. The scientist is named 'Swallow'.

Kryten's disguise includes Tyrell-style glasses, a homberg hat and
   duster like Deckard wears.

Meeting Tyrell (in Tyrell's bedroom) - along with head-crushing 'I
   want more life' scene.

Tyrell starts the 'I've seen things...' quote just before Lister let's
   loose on him.

Tyrell (in a fore-shadowing scene) chasing them through a BR-esque
street (along with rain, bicycles, umbrellas, glow sticks, chinese
lanterns, weird cop in breathing mask, etc), and shooting them all
Zhora-style through glass falling into snow.

Kochanski turns up in Rachel homage outfit and hairdo, and drives off
into the woods with Lister...homage to BR 'happy ending'.

I'm sure 'Wake up, time to die' get's quoted, can't recall exactly
where, although it has been used before in the series when Kryten
   get's told he's being replaced.

All in all it was pretty mediocre; g/f is a RD fan and wanted to watch
it, and I only woke up when I started catching the BR references.
