   I think it's page 132 or something like that. I couldn't find it in the   
   contents, but I found it while flipping through.   
      
   I read the interview and there is only one picture of her. If someone buys   
   it and scans it in, please post it. I didn't think the entire book was   
   worth buying for 20 questions.
