   No.  He's a fighter, not a quitter.  And a second term provides some shield   
   from   
   criminal prosecution.  He desperately wants his show to be renewed.   
      
   As to the question posed in the subject line, we see that the answer is yes,   
   and   
   that the opponent will be U.S. citizens in cities with Democratic mayors.  And   
   it took a while, but eventually enough people in the administration figured out   
   that if you're down in the polls among suburban women, sending federal   
   paramilitary troops to tear-gas suburban women is not an effective strategy.
