Yes, though this seems to have been going on for awhile. Some tax forms took   
   quite awhile to get here.   
   Otoh, I was more than a bit upset when a book I ordered was delivered by UPS   
   to the basement door ( I live in a house that has been divided into 4 units   
   with the basement door in the back).
