   There have been some news reports in Vancouver as well of party buses   
   operating (they're usually stretch limos, actually) and questions   
   about whether that's a good idea during the pandemic. It isn't, of   
   course, but kids in their late teens and early 20s have more partying   
   sense than good sense.   
      
   However, I'm pretty sure I heard a newscast in the last few days that   
   said none of the deaths in B.C. -- 195 to date -- were of people under 40.   
   So maybe the kids aren't defying the odds after all, though they could   
   get sick and infect other people. Perhaps their elderly parents.
