   Also like all medicines, there can be side effects -- you get a big rundown   
   on every commercial you see. I think some people find the side effects are   
   bad enough to lead them to stop.   
      
   Also, many people don't have good health care coverage, and can't easily   
   get the guidance they need on how to change medications. So they make   
   mistakes in trying to deal with side effects themselves.
