   Isolation is almost everywhere outside the U.S. that Americans want to   
   visit. Manchester is the gateway to the rail line that will take you   
   to Wales (as mentioned above). You could fly to London, but you will   
   have to rent a car to drive to Wales, and you don't have a license.   
   And you will still have to isolate for 14 days.
