   Do the modern analytics people have a good handle on how 18 year old   
   prospects from the Dominican Republic and Venezuela and other places will   
   play at a high level? I'd sort of think one of the advantages of lower level   
   teams is that it gives major league teams a place to see if a pitcher can   
   throw more than a fastball, or find out if a strong hitter can play in the   
   field at a major league level and not be limited to the DH.
