   I never got a chance to see him. DH got to see him twice, once with   
   Mehta and the LA Phil and Joni Mitchell (yeah, all at one concert.   
   Joni debuted Woodstock) and once in concert at the Olympic Auditorium,   
   with Edgar Winter. Late 60s, early 70s.
