   I was just called in on an emergency for a client of my lawyer friend.  Due to   
   the inattention of an employee who was leaving, their product, a cosmetic foot   
   pad, was under hold by FDA as what they saw as a new drug.  All I had to do   
   was certify its    
   safety in use.  One problem: The initial draft of the certification described   
   it as a food pad rather than a foot pad.
