   Wikipedia says the generation of Eldorados for the next few years were   
   sold only as a two door hardtop, though, and prior generations had both   
   two and four door hardtop versions.   
      
   Were added doors a whole lot more expensive? I could see how that might   
   matter for an economy brand, but Cadillacs were top of the line, so I'd   
   figure cost wouldn't matter so much to buyers.
