   ...except that I can't say this stuff directly TO the customers.  I work at a   
   Kroger store that has a fuel island/center, I work at/in said fuel center.   
      
   1.)  Getting some coin change as a part of the total part of the change that   
   you get back from a purchase isn't a big deal, the world won't end, and life   
   will still go on.   
      
   2.)  In relation to number 1, as an example, if your order total comes to   
   something like, say, $18.02, when you give me your payment money, you do not   
   *NEED* to give me $20.05, twenty even covers it just fine.   
      
   3.)  If/when you come to the fuel building to prepay for some fuel and we ask   
   you how much you want to prepay/put on the pump, DO NOT say "I want to fill it   
   up", or anything similar.  We fuel center workers do not know how much it will   
   take to fill up    
   your vehicle.  Also, when, in response to your "I want to fill it up", we say   
   "to pay here/prepay, you have to tell us an amount that you want to put in",   
   do not get mad at us.   
      
   4.)  In relation to number 3, when you tell us how much you want to put in, DO   
   NOT tell us in terms of gallons.  By that I mean, as an example, don't say 20   
   gallons, say $20.00.   
      
   5.)  Also in relation to number 3, if you would just take your credit or debit   
   card and pay at the pump instead of prepaying, you don't NEED to know how much   
   it takes/would take to fill up your vehicle.
