   So are you saying that you "eat" the two cents and give the customer two   
   dollars   
   back?  Why would you want them to take a dollar bill and ninty-eight cents in   
   coin back as change?  Isn't it easier for both you and the customer to take the   
   nickel and give them two dollar bills and three pennies?
