   Admittedly, he said that well before the advent of residential a   
   r-conditioning.   
      
   I could make some pointed comments about Texans and the politicians they elect,   
   but I don't want to implicate Mr. Wright in their decisions.   
      
   I hope all Texans can survive this crisis and subsequently take the necessary   
   steps to correct their problems that led to the current mess.
