   Thanks for the detailed reply. I don't know if I'll ever use it directly,   
   but maybe in a prescription, defanged way. Some kind of legalization seems   
   inevitable in the US, and I'd rather see it done at least halfway smart.   
   Hopefully not like our electric grid.
