   Genuinely so. I can only remember him getting testy with one or two people   
   here, and that was after a fair amount of provocation. He seemed truly   
   interested in a lot of things and curious about what made them tick, and   
   open to looking at things in a different way. He approached things from a   
   position of good faith and that's a quality in short supply.
