   That day?  You mean you had a sore shoulder, got the injection, and the   
   soreness went away?  If so, was the injection into the sore shoulder or the   
   un-sore one?   
      
   Or do you mean the day after the injection, you woke up with a sore shoulder   
   that later went away?  If so, was it the injected shoulder?
