   Goo-goo groups is by far the dominant web-based interface to newsgroups.  There   
   have been others.  This ISP offers newsgroups as part of their package.  I   
   don't   
   know how users of "over the top" services like Eternal September gain access;   
   specifically whether they use NNTP or some other mechanism.
