I *DO NOT* want       regular ads, I *DO NOT* want personalized ads, I *DO NOT* want       Adchoice ads, (the thing that is symbolized by the little, (light blue       colored on my laptop screen), right facing arrow point thing that has       a lower case i in it, I *DO NOT* want ANY ads PERIOD!!! I want       ZERO!!! ads in my Google search results. I also do not want any ads       on ANY search engine that I might use. Other than not using/searching       on Google, how do I do/accomplish this? I'm using an HP laptop       computer with Windows 10 home and I use the Microsoft edge browser. My       HP laptop is the one that has Bang and Olufsen speakers. The model #       is 15-au159nr, the serial number is SCD70430NP. In the serial number,       I do not know if the 2 "0" things are zeros or letter "ohs", but I       THINK that they are zeros. If it matters, I have,       and use, Adblock plus. When responding, PLEASE keep in mind that       I've NEVER been to any type and/or level of college and I am IN NO WAY       tech minded, naturally or other wise. Because of this, please use, as       they say, simple lay person's terms/terminology, and give the       instructions in a step 1, step 2, step 3, etc. way. Oh, by the way,       even though I do not want any ads in the search results, I still want       the results page that comes up to have the look/layout/style/whatever       I should be saying here, of one that does have ads, just minus the       ads, if you understand what I mean by this last line. Thank you all       VERY MUCH!!!                     If you are using Adblock Plus then you shouldn't be getting any ads in       your search or your results. I have Adblock Plus installed on a       Chromebook and a Windows computer and never see any ads on either       computer. I guess you know that the ad blocker can be turned off, and       maybe that's what you have inadvertently done.              Les              --- SoupGate-Win32 v1.05        * Origin: you cannot sedate... all the things you hate (1:229/2)    |
