   This I've noticed. I was at first irritated when they switched me to   
   Mac support. I didn't want to change, and I easily got used to what I   
   was doing. I was glad afterward, and it wasn't difficult to catch onto   
   Mac support, even though the last Mac I used was a mid 90's white box,   
   which was an entirely different machine to anything of today.
