   The cars are generally good, aside from the stupid extremes of the   
   optional not exactly autopilot. Breaking into the car business is   
   extremely hard, so I will give him some credit for that.   
      
   I don't know if the success will last -- the big guys seem to be finally   
   taking EVs seriously, and if Toyota really wants that market, they may   
   just have the resources to take it.   
      
   Some other things, like the tunnels, are stupid. The solar panels sound   
   fine, but that was more of an acquisition and I'm not sure how much   
   credit he deserves for any of that. The business side sounds sort of   
   shady, with a major lawsuit pending.   
      
   He's also done some genuinely nutty things that don't sound like he's   
   going to last in a CEO role for a long time.
