   I heard both EuroNews and BBC reporting and each seemed to imply a   
   Perfect Storm with several aspects all contributing varying bits and   
   pieces to the resulting lines and lack of gasoline.   
      
   Some of these have whole backstories themselves and some are just   
   contributory straws that broke or strained another system that might   
   have been at or near the edge, either singly or in combo, and the   
   overlap is mighty, but no one seems to have done it alone...   
      
   -Pandemic   
   -Lack of drivers   
   -Brexit   
   -Rise of oil prices   
   -Broad supply chain disruption   
   -Panic buying
