   I know packaging was a big reason behind the consumer paper good shortage   
   last year, as mills had plenty of paper but lacked the ability to get   
   enough of it on the consumer sized rolls and into the right packages due to   
   a lot of their production lines being devoted to commercial paper goods.   
      
   I thought cat food cans were the same size as tuna and clam cans, though.   
   Maybe it's a case of which producers have locked in their supplies?  Or   
   maybe there's a subtle difference in linings or something with pet and   
   human food?
