   Sadly, that is not a reference to an airline with a strong presence in   
   Atlanta, GA.   
      
   I'm surprised to see that New England, and even down through Delaware,   
   is part of the early winter surge.  I'd have expected that area to be   
   well into the vaccinations.   
      
   I'm less surprised to see the Mid-West also in the surge, although it   
   is concentrated farther north than it used to be.
