   I'm so out of touch.

AFAIK, some people have been doing what I do for years. I live in Ohio,
no inspections or emissions testing. I drive $500 beaters in most
cases, and fetch many from Pennsylvania state that won't pass their
inspection. I might drive 3-4 cars per day on any given day.

Why? I dunno... I suppose it's fun, and I dig not having a car payment,
or worrying about parking lot dings on nice paint. Truck for hauling,
station wagon for hauling people, convertible for summer, compact car
   for commuting, etc...

The radios in my car range from a modern AM/FM/USB only module, clean
back to a Radioshack AM/FM/8-track in my '68 Ford Galaxie. I'm surely
not buying a radio and subscription for each car.

Michael is a bit behind technologically. I don't have any kind of
cellular data, or bluetooth enabled car.
