   are unfounded. I have, however, been ill.   
      
   In late May, 2021, during challenging kidney stone surgery, they gave me   
   sepsis. I was hospitalized for over three weeks... All my systems went   
   haywire, I'd almost died. I was virtually paralyzed, unable to even move   
   myself around in the bed. Personal    
   sanitation required attendants' attention.    
      
   It felt like I was learning to walk again. The convalescence has been long and   
   difficult, but proceeding positively, albeit slowly.   
      
   I'm feeling much better now.
