   I would make "mega roll" toilet paper illegal, the companies would have to   
   stop at conventional/already existing sized double rolls.  Why, because,   
   although it may fit on standard toilet holders, it's VERY HARD to get the   
   first however much of the toilet    
   paper off of the roll because it's on the holder too tight.

   Getting coin change back from a purchase transaction is *NOT*!!! a big deal.    
   if someone gets coin change back from a purchase transaction, the world will   
   not suddenly end, and life will still go on just like it does now.
