   - All things considered, Conan is still pretty good. The band is starting
to be a good replacement for Andy, although I still think that the best
replacement for Andy would be Andy. Is there any way for Conan to bring
Andy back as some kind of satellite video monitor character, so that he
can stay in California but somehow give Conan a lot of guff?

   - Marginal guests -- Yes. The best guests are people like Sarah Vowell,
who really have something to say. If Conan has to interview people related
to new movies and TV shows, he should always try to get the directors or
producers, who actually had some interest in and say over the finished
product. Not the actors, who, in most cases, are just hired help.
