I remember seeing an episode about a year ago, with this "whoop there   
   it is" loser. He was bald and has glasses and he danced to the song   
   "whoop there it is"   
   I think at the end of the skit he left with the "Hunky newcomer"   
   Anyways i thought it was hilarious. Was that his only appearance? I   
   dont remember seeing him other than that.
