   I think maybe a few of their guest interviews are running long.   
      
   Anyway, I find Conan is at his most funny when he is improvising. He is   
   the best writer he has on that show, and tired Paris Hilton jokes have   
   nothing on Conan when he is allowed to kill time.   
      
   For this reason, I often times prefer the interviews, because Conan gets   
   to improv more. In fact, it is sometimes better when he has a really   
   boring guest (like a child actor), so that way Conan can take over the   
   conversation more.
