    -- Which leaves me with the question: What is this bias against   
   drummers running bands that people have? I've encountered otherwise   
   rational people who insist Max should be dumped for no reason other   
   than that he's the drummer. I grant there may be tradition of the lead   
   guitar or such also leading the band, but I don't see why a drummer is   
   constitutionally incapable of leading a band.
