   This week, I finally got a device to allow me to transfer video from VHS   
   into my computer.  It happens to also have the ability to receive   
   over-the-air digital TV broadcasts.  So I used its accompanying software   
   to record this episode in high-definition...   
      
   ...and, wow, Conan O'Brien does not look good in HD.
