   	On tonight's Late Show with David Letterman there's an amusing   
   piece, 'Children's Letters to Regis', containing the hand-drawn and   
   crayon-scrawled letters imaginary children wrote to Regis on the   
   occasion of his return to reasonably good health and employment.   
      
   	It's done reasonably well, really, although it hits on the   
   'Regis is really old' button like ... well ... Conologue jokes might.   
      
   	I think Conan's fake children draw more authentically than do   
   Letterman's fake children, although I did like the Regis with a baboon   
   heart.
