   They substituted two previously aired skits, so there wasn't much   
   effort involved. Also, think back to the NYC blackout on 8/14/03. NBC   
   aired a rerun, but not before airing about 10 minutes of Conan, Joel,   
   and a few others in a dark studio with flashlights. It was probably   
   one of the best (abbreviated) shows because nothing was scripted,   
   there was no cue cards, and it was Conan flying by his wits. If   
   5/30/07 deserved a new production number, so did 8/14/03.
