For the most part you haven't missed anything big. The reruns
were just reruns. But for some mysterious reason in the middle of the
rerun week at the end of May, one of the segments of the original show
was replaced with the new iPhone commercial and a Studio 60 parody. I
don't have a reference for what the original bit was; maybe that had
dated substantially or maybe they just knew they were running out of
chances to use the outstanding Studio 6-A commercial which deserves to
   be rerun so well.

So far this year I haven't seen other substitutions of sketches
in the reruns, making that one-off even more mysterious. Maybe they
were trying to see if we would notice.
