|    Andy Richter on Last Call, 21 March 2007    |

From: nebusj-@-rpi-.edu               I don't *think* this was rerun Friday -- wasn't watching --       but I had it in the file right after the summary of Late Night, so,       why not include it and up the official post tally?              Andy Richter on Last Call, 21 March 2007:        - Andy's in blue jeans and a short-sleeved albeit buttoned       T-shirt. Dress up, Andy. It's only been six days and already the       show's all anybody can talk about. Super Bowl-like numbers. Daly's had       him on so many times and feels so close, and still has to learn his name       from a card.                - Andy was Prom King. He only says that because Daly asked.       Daly says it's hard to believe and Andy asks why? Were you on the prom       court? Yeah, he was prom king, but what he holds on to is ...       homecoming is in the fall, prom in the spring. Five boys, five girls on       the homecoming court; they were disqualified from the prom court. Thus       he concluded, he was sixth most popular guy. He gets the honor, the       regal air, sort of a little lesson in glamor. There's a crown; it kind       of looks like the crown on the margorene. Kind of the Los Angeles Kings       crown. He adjusted it -- he has a large head and needs to wear hats for       bears -- and saw inside it was made from a Ricotta cheese tub.                - He's turning 40. He's officially grownup. He talked about       this on Leno last week, including the line 'somebody might think I'm       barely out of college. It's also where you *have* to work out.       Compared to the days when he just smoked cigarettes and drank glasses of       gravy he's Jack LaLane; he's much more fit. Mostly he's trying to not       let his spine deteriorate. There was a long time he had an adversarial       relationship with his body, but at 40 you have to change.                - The show was Conan's idea, and he and Jonathan Groff wrote the       script and both thought independently of each other that Andy was       perfect for it. The clip from tomorrow's show: 'Listen, Brian, I know       this sounds crazy, but do you know anybody who might've been having an       affair with Guy?' Brian likes boobs. 'Yeah, they're pretty popular,'       but he thinks he got them on the wrong track there.              --- SoupGate-Win32 v1.05        * Origin: you cannot sedate... all the things you hate (1:229/2)    |
