   As a drummer, Max is a bit more sophisticated than James.   
   Sophistication sometimes can make a drummer a bit boring.   
   For some reason that seems to be typical for Jewish drummers,   
   like Max and, say, Buddy. Buddy's technique, of course, was   
   superb, and he's fun to watch and listen to when he, well, slightly   
   parodizes (is that a word?) his own style of playing drumz.   
      
   James's playing OTOH, has somewhat more balls, so to speak,   
   that Max's...
